The 2021 Exemption Renewals will be mailed out in January. Each form includes a return envelope in it. To reduce Covid exposer to the tax payers, as well as our staff, we ask that you please use the stamped envelope to return your forms. The 2020 Assessment Change Notices will be mailed and published Wednesday, September 23, 2020. The filing deadline will be Frisday, October 23, 2020. To check your assessed value, search for your parcel under "Real Estate Search". If you disagree with the value indicated or have any questions, please contact the office of the Supervisor of Assessments at 815-844-7214. If you would like to appeal your assessment, your appeal must be submitted in writing by the filing deadline.
